NextPhase Marketing offers digital marketing services for boxing gyms, including automation setup, website design, lead management systems, and paid advertising campaign management.

All services are customized based on client needs, and service packages are outlined in individual agreements.

2️⃣ Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and timely information required for campaign setup, website design, and automation configuration. NextPhase Marketing is not liable for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

3️⃣ Payment Terms

All services are billed according to the pricing plan agreed upon at the start of service. Payment is due on the agreed billing cycle — typically monthly — unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and resource allocation, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. If a client chooses to terminate a service, written notice must be provided 30 days in advance.

5️⃣ Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, websites, ad creatives, and content designed or provided by NextPhase Marketing remain the intellectual property of NextPhase Marketing until paid in full. Custom-built websites or marketing systems may be transferred upon full payment.

6️⃣ Limitation of Liability

NextPhase Marketing is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or business interruption.

7️⃣ Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal or business information collected during the course of service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without consent.

8️⃣ Service Modifications

NextPhase Marketing reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of our services with or without notice. Clients will be informed of any material changes.

9️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Monroe County, PA.
